03Your cycle

Your cycle, explained.

More than your period: four phases, and how you feel can change in each. Tap a phase to explore.

An example 28-day cycle. Your timing may be different.

Menstrual phase

Example: days 1–5

What’s happening

Hormone levels fall and the womb lining sheds.

What you might notice

Bleeding, cramps, bloating or tiredness.

Follicular phase

Until ovulation

What’s happening

Follicles develop in the ovary. Oestrogen rises and the womb lining rebuilds.

A little context

This phase starts on day 1, overlapping with your period. Here, we show its later part.

Ovulation

Day 14 in this example

What’s happening

An ovary releases an egg. The timing varies from cycle to cycle.

What you might notice

Clearer, stretchy discharge; some people feel a brief one-sided twinge.

Luteal phase

After ovulation

What’s happening

Progesterone supports the womb lining. Without pregnancy, hormone levels fall before the next period.

What you might notice

Some people experience bloating, breast tenderness or mood changes before their period.

Common concerns through the different phases of your cycle:

One sachet every day, through every phase, not only during your period.

  • No preservatives
  • Women-owned

We started with the women we love.

We saw women close to us managing work, responsibilities and the changes that came with every phase of their cycle. It wasn’t only about their period. Month after month, they were expected to carry on.

We wanted to make something for them: hormonal care that felt refreshing, was easy to carry and didn’t become another complicated task. That idea became miss.behave, our daily hormonal support.

the waitlist.

How often would I take miss.behave?

The intended routine is one sachet every day, throughout the month, not only during your period. Mix with water, stir and sip. Final approved directions and suitability will be confirmed before launch.

Is miss.behave suitable for me?

If pregnant, breastfeeding, living with a hormone-sensitive condition or taking regular medicines, discuss supplements with your clinician before use. Final directions and suitability information will be available before launch.

Which pack should I look at?

Choose 28, 56 or 84 daily sachets: one, two or three 28-sachet packs. Pack quantities describe days of supply, not assumptions about your cycle length.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

Your needs and experience matter. Read the ingredient information and complete label when available, and ask us any product questions. A qualified healthcare professional can help with advice about symptoms or choosing a supplement.
